In this case study, you’ll analyze the $6.3 billion leveraged buyout of Kinetic Concepts (a healthcare company) by Apax Partners and two pension funds. In addition to the LBO analysis, we'll also look back on the deal and see how the company's post-buyout financial performance differed from our projections.
