Dinner tonight?
To everyone on here also working tonight -- what are you having for dinner? I'm always torn between balling out (b/c it is a Saturday and deserve it, if that makes sense) or just getting something tried and true like Chipotle. Looking for an idea for tonight and also wondering if anyone else has that internal debate.

I had to get a couple surgeries - with a ~45 day bed rest - due to my shitty diet on IB hours and sleep schedule.
Second this. Had a friend who developed tumors in his bowels while in IB.
Scarred him so much that he is a partner at a Big 4 now.

Sweetgreen - definitely want to stay on the healthier side for IB meals, especially when you're not getting enough sleep / working out not as much as you'd like. It's a marathon, not a sprint, and your body will thank you
