I wear the cheapest Zennis I can. Warby Parker Was expensive, at around $200 and I'm -7 and change. I've got a half dozen glasses.
I’ve been dealing with eye strain for a long time and I’ve had a prescription since I was 6.
To deal with both Ive been wearing tinted glasses (seems like they’re in vogue again) and I have my computer on dark mode where colors get inverted as text becomes white and backgrounds/UI is black, night mode where screen gets a reddish hue that filters out certain lights, and I keep my screen brightness low. It’s done wonders for my eyesight, especially with office lights being so bright all the time.
