OP, if you are folically challenged it's better to be completely bald to go for that virile look than to be partially bald and attempting to compensate. Though I will say that the very fact you're asking this question is concerning because women will be more influenced by what you think of the physical attribute than the physical attribute itself...if you are insecure because of it, then of course it's going to hurt you.

If you shave your head too late everyone will know why you did it. You have to see the signs early and shave your head. You will look like you don't take shit from anyone or anything, not even a razor.
