Best combo is an energy drink with the most caffeine possible and a few 6 mg zyns. I can crank for hours on that.

We have an espresso machine in my office so if there's a lot of work in a given day, I'll drink one in the morning and get everything done usually by 7pm lol

I don’t trust anyone who doesn’t like coffee or caffeine.

You don’t trust Mark Cuban?

I remember a friend saying she gets borderline panick attacks from caffeine

I've gotten panic attacks from caffeine. I probably abuse it. I'm talking 1000 - 1500mg in one workout session.

Coffee, but only in the morning otherwise I can’t sleep. I’ve become a fan of cold brew (nitro cold brew is GOATed) cause I drink all my coffee iced anyways and cold brew tastes better.

I almost feel bad for people who don’t have this issue - I knew friends from banking that would rip like 5 cups of coffee a day and it was an addiction where if they didn’t have coffee they’d start getting headaches and shit.

Besides that, I drink a shit ton of water (like probably an unhealthy amount), take electrolytes twice a day (once before working out and once mid-workout), and then sometimes I’ll have a diet soda/Olipop with dinner.

Reluctantly, the kick isn’t the same as it used to be as I’ve developed a dependency. Just a habit once I wake up and something I fall back on to stay moving if I want to take a break during the day. Not sure how long it would take to have a regular level of wakefulness during the day if I stopped cold turkey…
