BACON EGG AND CHEESE in the morning

SALAD for lunch

GRUBHUB ORDERS for dinner

Been a bodybuilder and this is an example of what I usually eat before and after work:

Breakfast: dry oats, a scoop of natural pb, 5 egg whites, 1 egg, occasionally a piece of fruit

Snack: 2 scoops of protein powder & skim milk, salad with oil dressing

Lunch: Chicken / turkey breast (~8oz), fruit or veggies, whatever I can find near the office that has protein

Snack(pre-workout): 1.5 scoop protein powder

Dinner(post): ~12-16 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup cooked rice OR pasta, a cup of either regular or chocolate milk

Snack: 1 scoops of protein isolate OR 1/2 cup cottage cheese, OR a few scoops natural pb

1-2 meals per day. I skip breakfast every day except Sunday.

Why do you only eat breakfast on Sunday

My Dad likes to go out to eat breakfast on Sunday.

Lunch only gang. I grab a free granola bar from the office kitchen when I arrive. Then around noon I eat something substantial, like gyudon or HK roast duck with leeks. Then I have hot tea the rest of the day and go to bed. I could eat less honestly. I’ve gained 20 pounds since graduating last year but I was nearly underweight back in college. If I’m really hungry I have a spoon full of PB or something.
