I usually head home from the office after 7pm
Usually after I head home, I’ll head to the gym, eat dinner, take a shower then check my email to see if I have any other work
Have a unique setup since in a satellite office. Yes, when others head home I workout, others have families so messages slow down in evening unless deadline. Try to exercise, cook dinner, study for PE lol
