Do you read before going to bed? If yes, what?

I've read that reading before sleeping improves sleep quality because it helps the mind relax. So I was wondering, usually, what do you read before going to bed?

If I read philosophy or something more technical (business, finance), it only awakes me more because I need to concentrate. If I read biographies or literature, I lose context because usually, it's 10-15 pages, and falling asleep.

So what do you read?

Currently reading Atomic Habits by James Clear. Well written and direct. Certainly one of those books where you have to apply and test the techniques in your own life or it doesn't really do anything.

For me, a big takeaway that making new habits is more about making the process easy and smooth by removing obstacles and making it consistent than it is about a big burst of motivation or tenacity.
