Do you think work-from-home hybrid culture will stay?
My group and most at my bank have either an explicit or implicit three days in the office schedule with some people basically never coming in (lots of second years). I'm guessing IB will try to push a bit harder to return to the office, but do you think corporate culture in general across industries will provide long-term remote or hybrid options? I've really liked having the option of going in or not going and having that option in a future job would definitely be a selling point while considering options.
