Same too lol. How much will our grades matter for FT recruiting/B-school?

For FT recruiting, how much does our GPA matter as compared to the internship we did in the summer?

Grades will matter for B-school.

TonyPerkisreally dude? keep in mind you're still a student and you dont have a full time job/diploma

Well, I'm certainly not at risk of losing my diploma. By not caring, I mean maybe I'll get mostly B's instead of mostly A's.

But yes, I realize I don't have a full time offer. Still doesn't help in motivating me. I figure even if my GPA dropped a tenth of a point that the internship experience would more than make up for it.

rcmI feel like my grades don't really matter any more since I already landed an internship. Makes it impossible to focus on studying.

You don't have even have a fucking full-time offer yet? You have got to be kidding me.

I didn't say it was smart.

I've felt the same way since my late sophomore year.

I'm much more dedicated to my internship/s than my schoolwork. I don't find my classes nearly as interesting as the work I'm doing.

People say you have no worries in college, but I think that's BS; I've been stressed and strung out ever since balancing school + 2 internships.

PS - My GPA is decent.

my gpa has dropped since I started swing trading but I get bored in school now especially when Ive gotten so good to the point where I can time my money increase in swing trading and yes using skills i learned in college and hs charting stock performance but I swing trade buy crown royal weed and prostitutes then when I go to school and use the same formulas I get good grades thats it. I know how you feel the closer you get to graduation the closer you get to real money unending legal vicodin and upscale "call girls" unless you have a g/f then a low apr mortgage a sound marraige family vacations etc etc etc either way a taste of the real world makes a person ask why do I have to still be in college. That internship transitions into a paying job only if we have a degree Mr. two hands and a thumb. So stick with finishing what you have begun it even if it is boring.

hey dont encourage Mr. new two hands and a thumb to jump at any full time position without a Bachelors at least. If you drop out you wont stand a chance at an y other firm ceptin the one that hires you and gets you to drop out of college in the first place. Stay the course
