Does anyone else here sleep at random times rather than a normal sleep schedule

Many nights I work until 1 or 2am and would try to sleep by 3. There are other times when I can get home before midnight but still find myself awake until at least 1 or 2am, sometimes 4am.
 

Does anyone else sleep at random times or know how to balance their sleep schedule back to normal? Thank you
