It's weird - I don't have tourettes but my blood pressure just rises from frustration after speaking to this one associate and leads to my natural response of swearing for a good 30 seconds after each call.

My old boss used to mute client calls mid call and call them whores and racial slurs and other nonsense and then un mute the call and he'd be back to normal.
