Does anyone have experience with Toptal?
Toptal is basically a high-end freelancing platform for developers, designers and finance professionals.
They pride themselves in being extremely selective - out of all the freelancers that apply to join Toptal only 3% end up getting hired.
I missed out on the H1B lottery this year so my time in the US is coming to an end. Been looking at this as a way to stay busy while I'm figuring out what to do with my life.
Does anyone have experience interviewing/ working for them?
