Does this constitute workplace harassment - kid keeps farting
Can't believe I'm typing this. So there's a kid in my bullpen who literally will just keep farting on purpose. Eats disgusting stuff and will do it when seniors are in the office on purpose while walking by my pod. Says gross stuff too. I don't think this would fly at bigger banks but we are a smaller office. I've brought it up before several times but just won't stop. Idk I didn't work this hard to get a high paying job to deal with this shit, it's just so childish and disgusting.
Don't worry about it. The workplace is great sometimes because it's one of the few places where the trash can take itself out to the curb, and you might just have a neighbor do it for you as well.
Fart back
Only way to beat him is to pretend to love it. Ask him to come into your cubicle and fart closer to your face… do a big inhale when he lets loose. Who knows? Maybe you’ll actually start enjoying it. I know a couple people who met their partner this way - keep an open mind and enjoy the fragrance
