Do you know where you're staying yet? It is about an hour drive (without traffic) from some of the more common spots to another so that's why I ask.
Palm in Dubai and Ubud in Bali.
Depends on type of vacation you are looking for. I was there when clubs were still closed for Covid.
Some recs for Dubai:
- Neighbors Cafe - Great coffee shop with awesome coffee and great food/snacks
- La Mer beach - Cool beach with some great beach restaurants (The Duchess is my rec)
- The Warehouse Gym Al Quoz - Really cool gym with all the equipment and space you'll need
- Al Quoz - hipster, artsy vibe area with some cool exhibitions and boutique shops. Nightjar, another great coffee shop is here.
- Jetty Lounge - great sunset cocktails (request beach seating if you make a res)
- Local taxi app - if you are not booking a car, use the local taxi over Uber - way cheaper and still nice and very efficient
Brilliant thanks, seems up my alley. Looking for a mixture of relaxing and exploring (more the latter as I will plenty of time to relax in Bali), will probably do the dune buggy in the desert too.
