elon musk is unbelievably cringe

just need to get this out of my chest. elon musk is the cringiest fucking dunce on the planet. god this guy is insufferable. his fans are absolute retards. putting aside the fact that this bubble boy never earned being the richest man in the world (something people are too coy to mention), but his assuming a "relatable" persona - someone who shares outdated memes, feign animosity to the SEC and spits out garbage takes on just about everything - makes me want to cringe until my teeth are shattered into a million pieces

financially illiterate as he is (someone who compares short selling to selling property you don't own lmao), he's yet able to ramp up reckless and dangerous support base for cryptos and his ridiculously overvalued TSLA. he is literally claiming authority over finance while he really isn't. and people are letting him have it, because the swarm of cretins will mindlessly defend him to death on the internet

thank you and good night

Musk makes spaceships and fancy cars.

Cuban got rich off "don't interrupt your enemy as he's making a mistake."  Good for him but it's clearly not as interesting as what Musk does.  And it seems like for 22 years since that deal he's been trying to convince us he's one of those smart cool crazy billionaires too.

it feels like cuban, especially recently, is somewhat posturing rather than being cringe. needless to say, he doesn't offer that much relative to elon musk

but tbh he's far more relatable than elon. the mavericks revamp has been widely supported (though they fell short this season), and surprisingly he used to have decent support among US libertarian base.
