You want only TV shows related to professional services, or are you asking us what we watch in general? If the latter, there was a really good thread on this a while back: http://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forums/what-shows-do-you-watch
If you're bored and just looking for stuff to watch, get some buddies together and split the cost of Netflix and HBO. Amazon Prime video is only decent at best. I have a few friends who love Hulu, but I've never found the need to subscribe.
One alternative I am incredibly satisfied with is Kodi, there's no shortage of content (it has any modern show your heart could desire I'd bet) and it's entirely free. I covered it here: http://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forums/kodi-a-free-upgrade-to-netflix
Billions
Mad Men, based on your examples
Westworld is the uglier but still bangable HBO sister to Game of Thrones
Wish it wasn't so, but this comment has not aged well.
Oh well, I've watched a lot of TV shows but my most favourites are Doctor Who, Good Omens, Supernatural, Sherlock and Game of Thrones. Each of them is unique, interesting, fascinating and gets you immersed in the world of mysteries and adventures. I'd suggest you watch Doctor Who and Good Omens first if you like science-fiction mixed with comedy, these ones are perfect to check out.

I'm a big time crime show guy and without a doubt Criminal Minds is my favorite show. There are 12 seasons on Netflix and whats cool about it is that its one of those shows that you can start anywhere in the series and not be behind. I think the reason that I like it so much is you kind of find your favorite characters and follow them through the series and subplots.
I really enjoy Ozark on Netflix which has a large finance/business component to it.
Just finished season one of Red Oaks on Prime. It's about a country club in the 1980's and is really good.
