Based on the WSO moderation updates, posting to the Off Topic forum now requires a certain type of profile, and members outside this "allowed range" will lose the ability to post there. This measure is part of the efforts to limit members who tend to engage in off-topic debates or are considered extreme in their views. It seems that Free PizzPizz falls outside this allowed range, possibly due to his MS (Monkey Shit) ratio, which is why he's unable to post himself.
