Hi guys, incoming 1st yr in nyc - wanting to move in Late june / early july , was wondering how far out should i be looking for housing (most likely looking for a 3 man apartment, murray hill)

For a late June/early July move-in, you should start seriously looking about 1 month before your move-in date. This is because most apartments in NYC are listed and rented quickly, often within hours or days of being posted.
