Gay v/s Neurodivergent Diversity
As stupid as the title sounds, would going in as disabled for ADHD (and stuttering) increase my chances or going in as a gay man?

Calling ADHD people disabled is a HR violation in and of itself...
A lot of applications state neurodivergence (including ADHD) falls under disability under government regulations

Anyway that being said, I've never heard of any neurodiverse diversity programs.
