Gyms at the office?
Do most banks/buildings have a free-to-use gym?
Do you use it? Or do you go to another gym?
Just curious as my MM in Chi doesn't have one and I find it very annoying

Credit Suisse building in NY had a real sweet gym in building.
Included showers (towels provided) and steam room.
I miss it.
Sign up for one closer to where you reside rather than near / in your office - reason is because you prob don’t want to be lifting weights next to your vp who is already breathing down your neck for 70+ hours of the week - he could be giving you comments on your lifting technique or posture
Our building doesn't, but most new buildings do include one in CRE, so we get a stipend to join a gym. Which is a nice perk. Rumors our building or one of the towers near us could be building a mid size one. Prior firm we had a sick gym with a ton of equipment and showers. Once and a while they brought in instructors for classes.
It's a nice perk, but not common - many places will give discounted memberships to Equinox or similar, as they often have locations in the financial areas including downtown Chicago.
