Has anyone on here ever used CBD oil for moving on?

I have been having trouble moving on. It’s literally eating me alive. Someone the other day suggested CBD or a natural antidepressant in their words. I looked it up and apparently there’s a lot of hype. I don’t know if these people are just tools

Yeah I feel like I've been bamboozled. So much for caring about people, I won't waste my time with trolls anymore.

Be excellent to each other, and party on, dudes.

If you want to go natural in regards to tackling mild depression and/or anxiety, I'd sooner suggest St. John's Wort, melatonin and/or valerian.

I use valerian and melatonin to help with interrupted sleep and night sweats, but some of the additional benefits have to do with improving mood.

CBD oil is good for physical pain. And it's good for anxiety, which in turn, can help with depression.

As for moving on, I would recommend you talk to someone - talking to a therapist or counselor is a way to learn some tools for coping.

Taking over-the-counter supplements or even taking prescription-strength meds only addresses the symptoms relating to the depression... the meds technically won't clear up the cause of your depression, whereas a few sessions of talk therapy could teach you methods to better handle things that upset you and give you tools and exercises to strengthen your coping skills.
