I usually smoke a blunt on the way up.

No.  Especially with east-coast ice you need your reactions to be as sharp as possible.  Liquid courage doesn't help keep you from breaking a leg or skiing into a tree. I've skied pretty much every double-black on the east coast, from Whiteface, to Killington, to Hunter, without hurting anything except my pride.  I like drinking, but I save that for the apres-ski.

The only difference between Asset Management and Investment Research is assets. I generally see somebody I know on TV on Bloomberg/CNBC etc. once or twice a week. This sounds cool, until I remind myself that I see somebody I know on ESPN five days a week.

Pussy galore

I've never been to whiteface when the slides were open.  Agree with Isaiah, weed and ski

And music too is bomb. I typically go straight down the mountain blasting some jams. I've never gotten injured.

I haven't been either.  From what I've skied, the most difficult trails seem to be Outer Limits at Killington, and Lower K27 at Hunter, although I'm happy to hear others and/or be proved wrong.

I feel like in the east coast, none are particularly hard by themselves…it’s the ice paired with wind that blow any powder off the trail that make it more difficult. I’m mainly a snowboarder so unless I’m skiing that day I avoid these mogul trails like the plague…

Lower K27 at Hunter is my benchmark (it has a double digit kill-count) The only time I've seen a snowboarder go down it was at the edge, inch-worming it on his ass.

I’ve competed in Open/Pro boardercross races and have been to nationals. I’ll go straight down double blacks.

I know you're on the other side of the country, but east coast trails are very different from west coast.  You've got powder, and we've got ice.  Years ago I got a book of all the ski areas in North America.  It's blurb on lower K27 was "moguls the size of Volkswagens" and between them is nothing but ice, while being one of the steepest trails in the east.  It's challenging on skis, and I imagine nearly impossible on a snowboard. I'd really love to watch you bomb it, since I've never seen it done at all on a board.
