How do I know I met the right Partner?

Looking for some advice from some people who have made it married/successful and have raised families. Long story short, I am doing IB this summer and have always known that the grind/work is something I wanted to do. It helps keep me busy and focused. But one thing I've always thought about, in the back of my mind, is choosing the right partner and raising a family one day.

Upbringings:  Grew up financially well.  My dad is a hardworking and successful individual, and before him, my grandparents were hardworking as well, which drives me to work hard every day. My parents split when I was young, and I never really had a great relationship with my mom. I have seen a lot through their divorce, and how stressful it was. This really made me consider whether marriage is even worth it.

Of course, I am writing this as a college student, and I know marriage is probably the last thing I should be worrying about. But I always wondered: how do you know you've met "the one" you will marry and one day raise a family with? I want to obviously grind my butt off to make sure they are all taken care of and have them enjoy. But in this day and age, with apps and the way social media portrays dating lives, it worries me. I know there are great partners out there, but still, always something I had in the back of my mind.

Appreciate all thoughts.
