How do you try to balance your relationship with your significant one with IB?

Just got an offer to join a boutique, was told point blank even during the interview the work would be hell, and damn whatever life I've had outside of work. I have a partner, been fortunate enough to be with her for 1 year + now, she's in corporate banking. She understands why I want this opportunity, and she told me when we were discussing this topic to "Do whatever you need to do". But she also said before professionally she supports me but personally she didn't want me to take this job. Her love language is quality time, and I don't know how much time I can give her if I take the offer. I may be delusional, but I think she's the one and I would rather drown myself than lose her to this job. Does anyone have any advice to keep the relationship healthy and good while not sacrificing my career? Thanks, and have a one yall.
