How health conscious are people on here? We all work long hours and the mental and physical angle must take a toll although we are still young.
But how health conscious are you? Do you get regular checkups? I.e. hormones, blood pressure, any physical abnormalities etc whilst taking into consideration your genetics/hereditary aspect plus lifestyle?
