How Detrimental is Finance to Your Health
Hi All,
Ever since I’ve started working in IB my sleep time has gone down dramatically, I’ve gained weight and my body hurts. I’ve gone mentally numb. Just wondering how detrimental can finance be to you health, especially later on down the road? There are many studies out there which show sleep deprivation leads to early dementia and visceral fat weight gain, which ultimately increase risk of having deadly disease. Do you think it’s worth sacrificing the last 20 years of your life to have more fun in your 20s and 30s?
