Only you know how much time you need to feel energized when you wake up and get ready. For me, I shut off the alarm, get cleaned up, and try to get out the door as soon as possible, but that's borne by a strong fear of being late to things.

It takes me about 45 minutes in the morning. That's not because I can't go faster. It's because I like to take about 20 minutes to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning before I leave my place.
