How much time of your free time do you waste after work?

Realizing how precious free time after work is has me scrutinizing how much time I spend scrolling on apps (TikTok/instagram).

I’ll get home at 9pm and be too tired to gym but then be a zombie on my phone for an hour or so until I fall asleep and do it all again the next day. I’ve kinda let this behavior cruise for a while and will now actively do something about it.

Curious how others view this/how materially it effects you all if at/all.

I don't view anything I do as wasted time.
