I'm in my 30's. Interested to see what other folks say.

Jesus, you must be a VP? Want to put me in the expedited interview process at your bank? For SBs, of course.

The difference between successful people and others is largely a habit - a controlled habit of doing every task better, faster and more efficiently.

Mmmm. You're in your 30's -that's good. You're not married, are you ? I am in the market for a wife-your age. I am in my "very late 30's". No kids

Good luck with that. I'm not on the market.

Winners bring a bigger bag than you do. I have a degree in meritocracy.

  1. weird that of those who are commenting, most are of working age.

Sure, that's about as weird as if someone asked, "Who here makes six figures," and all of those who responded said that they did.

Likewise, I'm not too surprised that nobody is raising their hand and admitting to being nineteen.

Of course, i just assumed that within the 19 year olds on this site, of which there are legion, that at least one would have the balls to put his/her hand up.

  1. I just had my 15-year-old sister tell me the other day that I was positively ancient, wtf.

  1. A nice age if I may: Still young and full of energy, while enjoying some experience gathered and first white hairs. These are always good with clients. When you already have seen a couple of things in life/work, there is no need to rush into things... experience gives you distance

Good one RE Capital:

RE Capital MarketsAre you guys feeling the pressure to get married? I am...

=> Please elaborate: you're putting yourself under pressure, your gf/bf is exerting this preassure or is it comming just from watching your peers getting married/kids

Mostly from my family. I couldn't give two shits what most people think, but it bums me out when my parents tell me that they're disappointed that I don't have a family yet.

Ask them if they are proud of you for not marrying someone you would divorce in 2 years or if they are proud of you for taking the sanctity of marriage so seriously. Wait as long as it takes.
