How to maintain your personality in the workforce

So this is an issue I'm having in my life since starting working ~2 years ago. Since starting working I've maintained decent physical shape and have built more confidence/presence, however given how demanding and consuming the job is, I find my interactions with family and friends to be distinctly different than how they used to be. I carry stress from my job to the rest of my life and I think as a result I'm less pleasant to be around generally - I think I am often pensive / serious, and seldom find myself overly happy/enthusiastic about anything really. Curious if anyone else feels this way. I don't really have many hobbies outside of work either besides lifting and cooking, which might be part of my problem.
