How to Reach $1M Net Worth ASAP

How could I do this? My original plan was to just save a bunch of money and invest it into a strong ETF, but my firm forced me to close down all my brokerage accounts for security reasons. Now I am just stuck with saving raw cash?? This is incredibly frustrating, as the only thing I have left is my MM savings account paying like 4% temporarily. What could I do with my money so it actually does something?

Based on the most helpful WSO content, there are a few strategies you could consider:

  1. Start your own company: This is a high-risk, high-reward strategy. If you manage to grow your company significantly, you could achieve financial independence. Remember to favor borrowing money over giving up equity for as long as possible.

  2. Use money as a tool: Instead of focusing on a specific number, think about what you want to achieve with your money. This could be a certain lifestyle, a feeling of security, or the freedom to not work. Once you have a clear goal, you can work backwards to figure out how much money you need.

  3. Invest in or start a business: Wealth is often generated from ownership. If you're willing to take on some risk, you could consider starting a simple ecommerce business or investing in one. With the right niche, good marketing, and strong manufacturing relationships, you could potentially grow your business to a significant monthly recurring revenue.

Remember, these are just suggestions and each has its own risks and rewards. It's important to carefully consider your own financial situation, risk tolerance, and long-term goals before making a decision.

You left out the details. You want to reach $1M net worth, but don’t detail what you’re worth currently.
