I recently started working full time and have been hyper-focused on learning the technical aspects of what I'm doing. However, because of where I'm focusing my time and attention, I feel like I may be missing the forest for the trees. How do I re-orient myself from being a task master to an asset who can both crank out analyses and see the bigger picture?

It comes with time.
Generically of course, but the technical aspects become second nature and after you go through the process enough times, you are more able to take a step back and see things on a higher level.
