I despise lazy people

Feel like there is a ton of dead weight at my firm. A bunch of folks that just don't contribute anything beyond their existence. I despise it given that seniors believe the work is spread out more evenly, yet there's a select group of people responsible for the bulk of the work.

Was wondering if this is unique to my bank or if everyone else has the same experience.

Any thoughts on how to deal with those that don't do anything and just take credit for work?

Always remember, there are a lot of people out there thinking the same thing about you.

Maybe the fact that someone can't build a DCF model in 30 seconds flat isn't a sign they are useless.  Usually, in this world, things are they way they are for a reason.  All that useless "dead weight".... maybe they have a skill or an expertise you aren't seeing or understanding.
