I don't know if I can do this anymore

In Month 7 of my job search since graduating in May and I don't know if I can do this anymore. I have a degree in finance from a t50 undergrad but had a shitty gpa. I am seeing my peers and people younger than me get jobs and prestigious internships while I cannot grab a back office job to save my life. I prepare well for the interviews but never seem to get the job offer. My parents are pushing me to join the military as a last resort if I cannot find a job by the end of the month. The market has picked up but I feel hopeless and see nothing at the end of the tunnel. I feel like a loser, underachieved, and don't know what to do.

You might have to start out as a temp/intern. Also, the military is a good option.
