i eat 1 meal a day, usually at 1 am , how bad is this / am i gonna die
so i am an analyst 1 who is really bad with stress - it destroys me
i am unable to eat at all if i have anything due. so during the day i dont eat at all i will be at my desk at midnight and have not had 1 thing to eat or 1 sip of water ALL DAY since 9 am. i eat my uber eats stipend meal at 2-3 am when i finish work.
anyone like this at all? tips?
start drinking your calories throughout the day. protein shakes can help you feel full and get protein intake up. drinking is easier than eating
Second this, is effective in keeping mental energy and pick the right flavour it also tastes good, if you have 1 meal a day suggest 2 maybe even 3 shakes a day spread out to keep your calories
Please do not continue doing this as it will start eating away at your mental health and make your anxiety much worse. I have the same problem where I can't eat when I'm stressed or have work due and have been counteracting it by taking 5 minutes to meditate/focus on my breathing to calm my nerves and make it more bearable to eat. Practice at it and you'll be able to disconnect for a few minutes during breakfast/lunch time to get in a quick meal.
The food is more or less fine. You should fix it, but it won’t kill you short-term. THE WATER!!!?!!! HORRIFYING. May actually kill you. Have the goal of finishing a water bottle every 4 hours. Not drinking water can lead to kidney stones, other kidney issues and high blood pressure just for starters. Get one of those obnoxious water drinking goal containers if it helps - literally ANYTHING TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. Remember this is just a job. You can get a new job. You are stuck with most of this body
Please do not harm yourself for your bank. Your bank is there to milk the most out of you during your 2 - 3 years there, and they have hundreds of other analysts and students lined up hungry to take your job. Yet you only have 1 health and 1 body for the rest of your life.
I think you should try therapy because it seems like a mental health problem than an eating problem
One meal a day is fine as long as you’re getting enough calories and nutrients.
you need to drink a shitton more water though, you should be going to the bathroom every hour.
