I have a serious addiction. Please help.

I can't stop. It's keeping me from doing my school work, networking, talking to my parents, everything. I can't function in my day to day life without it. If someone has overcome a similar situation, please help me out. How did you end your WSO addiction? I've tried everything: stopping gradually, cold turkey, disconnecting from electronics altogether, but I keep coming back. I even posted this thread a couple days ago to end my obsession with my banana count, but it totally backfired and now I'm even more banana hungry. Advise me through these times. How do you use this forum in moderation?

Reddit has some good forums though. I always go on their MachineLearning page because it's consistently clean and filled with nothing but machine learning related material. Users enforce the rules themselves and don't allow anything that isn't machine learning related to be on the page. It's mostly for academics and researchers though but if you're in the field it helps when you're stuck trying to understand the math behind an algorithm/model or just need clarification for a paper you're trying to implement.
