IB analysts and people who work long hours, how do you manage online dating?

Going to be an IB analyst soon and I expect to be working hard the first two years. At the same time, I don’t want to give up on dating. I’m in my mid 20s now and I do want to settle down in 5+ years.

I know it depends on the group but analysts (and people who work long hours in general), do you still manage to have time to meet new people / dates? How do you manage? I feel that the initial dating stage is very different from being in a relationship, where connection can get lost very easily if the two people don’t have enough time to communicate and meet up.
