I'm thinking about IPOing my soul.........seeking early stage investors!!!

Basically, I'm in dire need of capital. I'm willing to entertain dialog at this point especially if you have any financing alternatives. I already have a significant amount of outstanding long-term debt. That being said, I'm looking to decrease my leverage ratio by raising equity.

I think I might be the first person in the history of the human race to actually issue personal equity to investors outside of their immediate family. (One could argue that your parents own you until you are 18).

I am few years too early for an IPO (I needed an attention grabbing title), but in the interim I can offer equity in my soul to angel investors who are interested in seeking Google-esque returns.

I'm willing to disclose numbers and projections only with potential investors. All I can say is that I plan on making millions in the next couple of years. We can work out the legal details with my attorney once I have gauged you have a serious commitment.

This is not a joke post, I am the real deal. You want to be next Sequoia ? Invest in me.
