IMC/Optiver vs Bridgewater for Internship?

In my opinion, I'd say go for Bridgewater. Not sure about IMC, but Optiver gives out exams. I'd rather not take exams during the summer during my internship; however, you can't go wrong with either. I would imagine you would have a higher probability of receiving a return offer from Bridgewater than a prop shop as well.
Interestingly enough, both parties gave me the statistics about return offer rates and Bridgewater's was surprisingly lower, but yeah the test thing is definitely real lol
Hmm, then I'd say the IMC/Optiver role is much more exciting for a young person, but not sure about the internship lol
if you’re goal is to land a full time job with a path to a risk taking roll before transferring to a MM. I’d suggest IMC/Optiver, Bridgewater has a stiff non-compete and only 5-15 people actually make investment model decisions.
