Is Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc) significantly more difficult to use on a MacBook?

I am getting a new laptop but I am unsure if I should get a PC or MacBook. I know that Microsoft Office is generally better to use on a PC, but I have not used Microsoft Office on MacBook. Are there significant differences for Microsoft Office on MacBook?

Nowhere near enough info here to make a suggestion, but typically the right call is to buy a PC if you're most concerned with Excel functionality.

Still, the question is more what are you going to be using the computer for? If it is for work, why are you buying it yourself? If it is for personal use, what does it matter how Excel works?

I have a Lenovo X1 Carbon for work and it's a solid computer. I have a MacBook Pro for personal use and it is a better computer, in my opinion, but I also don't have to run models on it.

depends if you are sharing cross platform. more 3rd party tools for pc. some compatibility issues between mac and pc but less and less overtime.

lmao same. I'm thinking post is a troll just given how many "sHoUlD i cOp a PC" posts there have been in the past few weeks. Seems like whoever this is is just trying to post just for the sake of doing it and being annoying.
