I'm guessing the best option is likely some sort of finance/investing forum. Problem is that if it's too small, the discussion can be lacking, and if it's too big, you attract too many people and quality gets diluted. Also I'm lazy and there's friction when you have to register.

The main ones I use (not necessarily for commenting/discussion) are:

Zerohedge

Finance Twitter (too much BS comments, but obviously some smart and reputable individuals)

/r/investing (same)

/r/securityanalysis (not super active, comment quality not great either, but better)

/r/wallstreetbets (for days when my stonks go down and i need some humor)
