Is there a way to learn more about commercial DDs (like books)
I want to learn more/get sharper about commercial due diligence. I am sure a lot will chime in and say "it comes with time and experience" and I fully agree. But I am really interested to explore/self-study myself and look at good resources, be it books, blogs, etc.
Would just really get a better tool-kit on how to understand businesses, markets, etc. and be able to ask the right questions early on.
To sharpen your skills in commercial due diligence and build a solid toolkit for understanding businesses and markets, here are some highly recommended resources based on the most helpful WSO content:

"The Innovator's Solution" by Clayton Christensen and Michael Raynor
"The Value Profit Chain" by James L. Heskett, W. Earl Sasser, and Leonard A. Schlesinger
"Applied Mergers & Acquisitions Workbook" by Robert F. Bruner
"Mergers, Acquisitions, and Other Restructurings" by Donald M. DePamphilis
"The Art of M&A Due Diligence" by Alexandra Reed Lajoux
Blogs and Online Resources:
Fred Wilson's Blog (AVC)
First Round Review
Benedict Evans' Blog

Additional Tips:
These resources will help you build a strong foundation and sharpen your ability to ask the right questions early on in the due diligence process. Happy learning!
