Juicing: Dope or Not?

til;dr: Do vegetables lose any nutritional value when juiced as opposed to eaten?
---

My typical breakfast consists of eggs, bacon, kale, tomato, carrot, cucumber, asparagus, parsley, basil, flax seeds, sesame seeds, onion, red pepper, black pepper, and whatever other veggies I have.

I'd like to just fry the eggs and bacon and down most of the veggies in a juice. Would this be any less nutritious?

Well you're going to forego any fiber that was in the fruit, but I doubt there is any substantial loss of Vitamins/sugars/minerals.

I mean, isn't it essentially like chewing it up very fine and swallowing it?

I heard on the radio radio that the reason you can eat as much fruit as you want and the sugar isn't 'bad' for you is because of the fiber, it's essentially a time release mechanism. If you get rid of the fiber you can easily spike your blood sugar and have all the problems associated with that.

This to all my hatin' folks seeing me getting guac right now..

Juicing removes the pulp. If you're talking about throwing it all in the blender, that's a whole different thing, and you're obviously not going to get any loss.

I don't think the fiber you're talking about is the fiber you think you're talking about.

Throw all that shit in a Vitamix/Ninja/blender with a little bit of coconut water and let it spin for a few minutes. Can't guarantee it will be as easy to get down as if you juiced it, but you keep the fiber if that's your main concern. I throw down a kale/spinach/arugula/blueberry/strawberry/raspberry/chia/tomato smoothie most morning, and it's not bad.

Shit, yeah, I meant blending it. Basically chews it for you, right?

I was expecting a different kind of juicing, based on the title & author.

I'm in a cast, so I'm off the HGH for the time being.

The liquid has most of the minerals, vitamins and plant chemicals (phytonutrients) found in the fruit. Although, all fruits and vegetables also have healthy fiber, which is lost while most juicing.
