My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to sign a 1yr lease around Gramercy.
A little bit about us:
Me - An2 in S&T, former athlete
Hobbies: snowboarding, art, hiking, sailling, reading, sports/lifting, piano
Roommate: First year associate in management consulting, loved to travel and go to concerts
Hobbies: traveling, skiing, foodie, concerts, reading
We both are very career focused but also love to go out and will be having friends over occasionally. Our budget is around $2000 each but flexible depending on the apartment. Gramercy is ideal location but willing to be flexible as well.
