I'm looking for someone to split a 2 bedroom 2 bath luxury building in Hoboken (near the PATH). The building I'm looking at has a full fitness center, washer dryers in units, new appliances, etc.
The total rent would be $3700-$4000 and we can split it depending on whether you want the master bedroom or not. I'm open to moving into something that's a bit cheaper as well but I currently have a few buildings that are good finds which I can share with you.
I currently live in the Avalon Chealsea in Manhattan and rent is getting absurd ($6500 for a 2BR).
