What is actually going on right now? Is there going to be a market crash? The housing market is going crazy, crypto is crazy, Gov. printing money is crazy, and VC/PE seem crazy. Don't you think this is going to pop?

Timing this is very, very hard. What's the catalyst? Looking back at prior recessions, catalysts were: COVID, housing bubble crash, 9/11, oil prices, etc....none of which are really threats today. This market could persist for years....or not
Don't waste your time on timing if you're under 45yrs old. You're going to be invested for many decades, keep allocating in bull and bear markets and you'll average out to a truly great LT return

War with China is out of the question at this point in time. We are major trade partners. Declaring war on the US would destroy China's economy just as much as America's economy. Globalism ends the large superpower war especially if they are trade partners.
Russia on the other hand is another animal.
