I think I want to go back to ordering my meals to improve my diet. Anyone have some good, reliable recs? I don't think I'm looking for anything too special, but I want a service that has fresh food and has different menus to choose from like keto, low-carb, vegan, etc.
I know that some of you are going to recommend Mega Fit Meals and I have tried them before. Their meals are perfect but their shipping is a shit-show. The boxes would fall apart, there was not enough dry ice, to this day I still have a shipment that is showing as "pending" in the FedEx system, etc, etc - Mega Fit just isn't reliable (to their credit, they always refunded me when there was a problem. Good company, just unreliable).
Any good recs? Or should I just try to find a local chef that does this on the side???
I order from Factor and CookUnity. Both have decent delivery (Factor is better, that's why I essentially switched) but CookUnity definitely has better tasting and more creative meal offering.
I have been using Mighty Macros for many months. Great food, decently large menu. Meals get delivered either Wednesday or Sunday, they last about 5-6 days. They’re delivered in 1-2 large, insulated boxes with plenty of ice packs.
Most meals have a lot of protein and are pretty light on carbs, so if you’re going to the gym but sitting at a desk for most of the day, could be a good fit.

Here’s a discount code for Factor. I don’t have one for CookUnity unfortunately (I got into a fight w them because of the incompetent delivery who leaves food boxes on fucking space heaters to simmer for hours), but definitely try them out too, their meals are very good.
