Surprise this hasn’t been mentioned by frutti di mare clears. They drag the fucking chef out of the kitchen to ask if the dish is up to your liking and then put a fucking bib on you 😂
Spaghetti and meatballs - When executed well, there are, IMO, few culinary things that are on par with a great meatball. Probably my last meal on death row.
Bucatini all'amatriciana - Guanciale is a must.
Pesto Genovese - Make this all the time in the summer when we grow basil. Favorite pasta is fusilli/gemelli, gotta have something with decent surface area for the sauce to adhere to. Chicken/cherry tomatoes are ideal additions, but straight up is baller as well.
Linguini alle vongole - Linguini with clam sauce. White wine only, and you better load that bish up with tons of garlic/parsley. Little lemon is a nice touch.
Frutti di mare - hard to not love half the ocean with red sauce. Bonus points for Arrabbiata (spicy) sauce. Throw some calabrian chili's/crushed red pepper in there.
Penne alla vodka - Need I say more?

Isaiah's takes are usually good, but Madone, lobster mac & cheese is to prestigious pasta what Hawaiian style is to prestigious pizza.
Home-made cavatelli with marinara, braciole, meatballs, & sausage w/ some parmesan cheese is the blue-blood of pasta dishes. For the medigans out there, braciole is pronounced, bruh-j'all (soft/rolling j). Could also put a spoonful of ricotta (ruh-gawt) on top.
