Need a Roomate in FiDi

Rent is -$3600/ month. 3 bed / 3 bath at 180 Water Street.

My roommate and I work in IB and consulting respectively and are hoping to find someone to take the spot of our third roommate who’s moving away.

Luxury building/amenities, great location (close to every subway line), pool on the roof.

Please let me know if interested. Hoping to get someone in for July/August start.

Based on the most helpful WSO content, FiDi (Financial District) is a popular area for professionals due to its proximity to offices and excellent subway access. However, housing costs in FiDi can be steep, as highlighted in various threads. A $3600/month rent for a 3 bed/3 bath luxury apartment at 180 Water Street aligns with the area's pricing for high-end accommodations.

If you're looking for a roommate, consider posting in relevant WSO threads like the "Roommate Threads" or similar forums where professionals in finance and consulting often network for housing. Additionally, emphasize the luxury amenities (e.g., rooftop pool, location) to attract interest.
